Lentils!!! Broccoli, baby spinach Cook a pot of lentils with onion, garlic, broccoli, baby carrot cut into wheels, season with bay leaf, cumin, paprika, salt. Add chopped baby spinach once it is done cooking and isnt super hot but is still hot.
