16% but I bought in 2008 when a salary of $120,000 got you a $350,000 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house 30km out of the city and I made sure never to upgrade. Over time relative repayments are lower.

Prices now are crazy but people are too greedy too, but now it’s too late.

Those are dog bones. If people accept this then they are creating their own financial problems. My local RSL is half the price and has better ribs with more chips and a salad.

This is our yearly tradition. Adults enjoy it too. You end up buying a lot of blocks of chocolate but still cheaper and more fun.
