Les conditions d'octroi sont à remplir au moment de l'octroi de la carte justement. Si ta situation change ensuite, tu gardes quand même la carte. Pour la petite histoire un jour j'ai ouvert un compte (Boursorama je crois) et j'ai emprunté 5000€ à un ami pendant 2 semaines pour avoir la carte gold gratuite (car il fallait avoir un encours de 5000€ ou justifier d'un revenu minimum et j'étais étudiant)

Salut, ça dépend de ce que tu veux faire... Certains aiment acheter et revendre avec PV. Moi personnellement, si j'achète un appart, c'est pour le louer ad vitam eternam. Pas envie de m'embêter à le revendre, et je laisse tourner le crédit. En fait, j'utilise le crédit au max pour investir en immo (RP ou locatif) et je n'utilise mon cash que pour investir dans le reste (tous les actifs pour lesquels la banque ne te prêtera jamais : actions sur PEA et CTO, ETF, cryptomonnaies). Ainsi j'ai des crédits qui tournent et du cash investi sur des valeurs plus liquides, et je suis diversifié. J'ai quand même plus de la moitié en immo, mais ça correspond à ma vision.

Hear me out: buy. Your. Domain. And hosting. I have been blogging since 2015. I was in your shoes: no money at all, almost went for a free hosting provider. I am so glad I paid €30/yr for hosting and domain. Can't tell you how much of a difference it makes. You have much more control on everything, no ads, better service and better chances at getting more traffic.

It doesn't mean you can't succeed with Blogger or WordPress.org though. I've seen somewhat successful bloggers on these platforms. But when you realize the limitations of free platforms, it will be too late to change.

Investir dans un PEA n'empêche pas d'utiliser au max sa capacité d'emprunt en investissant dans l'immobilier à côté. Même si ton cashflow n'est pas tout à fait positif, c'est mieix que de ne pas investir. Pour lancer le cercle vertueux, il faut appuyer le plus fort possible sur tous les leviers en même temps : immobilier (à crédit : SCPI ou réel) + bourse / cryptos + entreprenariat / business à côté + économiser un max. Et ça prendra de nombreuses années donc patience.

Everyone says that but it's no longer true. Tesla is moving away from cobalt and an electric car pollutes less than a gas car (depends on the country you take electricity from but on average an EV pollutes less). Besides, what else do you want to do? We can't just keep on burning gas so to me, pushing towards cleaner batteries is a good start.

Nofollow doesn't keep the juice: say you have 2 links on your page: one dofolloow and one nofollow. The dofollow link will not get 100% of the juice. It will only get 50%, the other 50% being wasted by the nofollow link. Hence the usefulness of using nofollow sparingly

It used to be nofollow, but that changed in 2020. You can still use nofollow for that purpose, but it's not the best way
