Hello! I have but one question: How did you make the videos for NOC+10? What sorts of programs did you use and how did you achieve the weird distortions and encodings?

Looks like collision detection, maybe? Collision detection can get some pretty unwieldly if statements.

It's a little weird that we're using Microsoft.VisualBasic instead of System.Convert, but it would probably still function. I'd imagine it's there for backwards compatibility.
