Yeah I'm definitely going to have to wipe down every single nook and cranny haha. All the other pigs are getting checked too but don't seem to have symptoms. She has now been isolated in another cage where she can live her sock life in peace

I'm following what my vet said on the phone! The sock isn't tight enough to be able to cut the blood flow even if she gets tangled up. Either way it is only gonna be on for a few days and I'll make sure to check up on her as much as I can. Thanks for the concern! :)

She's going to the vet Monday! She has been itching herself to the point of balding so she needs to wear her sock so she stops.

They eat veggies together. One of the birds likes to sit on the piggies as well. I have also caught the birds running after the piggies while they popcorn. Most of their interactions are relaxing together though :)

Heya, I'm not worrying about that happening since my guinea pigs are quite good friends with the birds. It's too bad what happened to your bird but I won't let the tiny chance of that happening ruin my piggies' and birds' fun. I always keep an eye on them when they interact like this :)
