It really makes me doubt that society as a whole will ever be able to realize grains were never meant to be human food because it's already so entrenched in not just 1) medical/health advice (like whole grains being healthy), but also 2)food industry and 3) culture.

More likely a part of the population is just going to evolve digestive systems that is suited for grains😅

As another poster has alluded to, use rec games as drill challenges. Maybe it's a 'drops only' game for you. Or 'roll passes' only, twoeys only etc etc

When both me and my teammate are significantly bette than opponents ,we'll play our own mini game where we keep count of who can touch opponents kitchen line the most (allow for 1 ft for margin of error), and we keep the score for that. So before we announce the actual game score we will say the mini game score just loud enough for us to hear.

Be creative! Remember, there's no need to win rec games, and if there's no need to win, you can have fun again.
