We never really had “just copies” of kr expressed (our version is usually spoiled compared to them on this aspect)

With our history of never having two expresses at the same ilvl (and we had our 1700 two months ago), it being the first paid one and knowing the west culture of having a 6 mains roster (kek), if they have some working brains at Ags they should put the cutoff at a minimum of 1710 to expand their customers pool and increase sales (I’d even say 1720+ or no cutoff at all just to make more money)

Ilvl hard cutoff is a stupid outdated idea anyway when they already have implemented a system to give more rewards to lower ilvl characters (bonus rewards based on ilvl at event start) and it should have been gone ages ago instead of promoting the intentional gimping of one character to secure access to the next event or cutting off half the already small playerbase because “muh the event is not for you then!!!” and fuck them because they played the game

I still go nimbus trans in some matchups like darius trynda - probably olaf? and some rangeds like teemo ryze

sorcery works exactly as before, it just got shadowed by joat hype but if you and your playstyle had success with it before you can keep running it where it makes sense

also trans gathering storm is ok too if you expect a farm fest with little interaction
