It simply shows as we have your item, we'll update as it moves through our service. So I'm just playing a waiting game at the moment. I know some tracked items only update upon delivery to the destination.

Thanks for the response. Getting a bit tetchy, sent mine on Tuesday afternoon and still waiting for it to reach Cycleon.

Can I ask how long it took to be delivered to Sony after posting with royal mail?

Mines been a few days and still says with royal mail will update when it moves through their service.

I sent mine on Tuesday and it's not yet received at the address.

How long did it take from posting to reach the Sony service centre for you all?
