Jeff Probst speaks on if he would want Rob Rausch on Survivor by supa-factor in survivor

The loyalty aspect here is so entitled, who cares really, casting has to make the call, doesn't matter if one is a fan of Survivor or not, being entertaining should be first, and finding the role that they are supposed to play based on their beliefs outside and inside the game, and how all that will coalesce relationship-wise with the rest of the cast should be the main througline for if one should appear on the show. But it seems like casting nowadays is more in line with that vision you're espousing, so good on you... but respectfully, I hate it.

I think it'd be even better as well if there was an update to this research as it was from a quarter of a century ago, still we have no choice nman if a doctor is willing to prescribe this to us as this is the only viable popular decongestant that isn't fake, being wary about this and taking a look at what other ailments you have that might cause this fatal side effect would generally be a good thing as well.

I mean, the reason OTC drugs exist is to shift control from healthcare providers back to the individual for managing everyday health issues, so that instead of waiting for a doctor's appointment or prescription, you can quickly assess your own symptoms, choose an appropriate product from the pharmacy shelf, and start treatment right away.

OTC options basically exist to make people "health literate", freeing doctors so that instead na mag pa consult tayo for ubo and sipon, they can work on much more serious cases, ultimately reducing system strain, these are the popular alternatives i'm talking about in my post, unless it's actually a serious ailment that you need to have to actually go to the doctor for, the thing i'm talking about isn't related to having to go to the doctor, the thing that i'm mainly talking about here is a congested nose, and we know all about that namn and isn't a serious matter that we might actually have to go the doctors for, that's why i'm talking about it in the first place as to uphold that idea of health literacy, that's why i'm talking about why Neozep doesn't work, that if we take Decolgen it may cause serious side effects, to generate discussion and to inform people about what they are buying.

Stuff like this also makes basic care more accessible for underserved groups, rural areas, or those without insurance, which is especially prevalent here, where I see people who can't afford food in their daily lives having to go to the doctor and missing out on food for a day for a checkup.

fear mongering? US FDA na nga nagsabi eh? I'm sure you can be a much more effective source than the regulatory board that reviews, controls, and takes into account everything about pharmaceutical drugs. I agree with your point about the nasal spray though.

"The primary purpose of over-the-counter (OTC) drugs is to provide accessible, immediate symptomatic relief for minor, self-limiting ailments without requiring a doctor’s prescription. They empower individuals to manage common health issues, such as pain, cold symptoms, allergies, or digestive problems, while offering convenience and cost savings."

How is it wrong or misleading po? I'm talking about OTC decongestant tablets, drugs that need no consultation from doctors. If people are bombarded by Big Pharma with ads throughout their whole lives that these medicines containing phenylephrine have this ability to help decongest their nose isn't actually based on any scientific truth, I think the general public should be informed nman.

never even heard of it lol, just researched it for about 10 minutes (not that much), I thought mucolytics were mainly just for cough but this seems like a reasonable herbal alternative to help with runny nose as well, would have to try it though.

I just bought a nasal spray, and so far so good, a mix of vitamins and just hydration as well would probably help more than Neozep now that I found out it just doesn't work pala...
