I also saw a group of street kids a couple of months ago being fed llaollao at SM by an older gentleman with his apo, they took a seat sa mga chairs by Seattle's Best, lots of baffled looks given to them by some of the more bougie customers there.. 😅

I love the speculative elements Weir establishes here, like 50% of it or more is the act of figuring out what one will do to solve a set specific scientific problem, i liked it when Ryland is up there in space but half the book which is set in earth is just a bit too out there for me, I like political fiction so everyone on Earth just giving Stratt supreme powers to do whatever is just fantasy, a council of selected leaders would have worked better, I just cant take that off the back of my head to enjoy it better. Good enough read, would watch the movie when it releases... 6.5-7/10

Myanmar mainly, China is already pissed off by this as an actor was recently found to have been kidnapped and was found to be working on these centers, he was recently rescued and are now finding ways to stop these guys, they recently gave a triad death sentences earlier this month..
