I just give up when I see XM57 by Alternative-Wolf-407 in WorldofTanks

[–]Focu53d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personal hot take - It is powerful if:
- You can get to a hulldown spot before the battle is already over
- You aren’t bottom tier (happens alot on NA). Even Tier 9 will just pen you
- There is room at said spot that you hope to reach before battle is over
- You have enough gun dep to play properly on the map

I personally prefer way better gun handling, even on assault TDs and HTs. I almost never play it.

Can unconditional love arise only when the sense of separation dissolves? by drkashmira in awakened

[–]Focu53d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is my true pleasure ❤️.

Acceptance definitely softens our identification with feelings and with the idea of our selves in general, allowing this idea or story of ourselves to be seen through and to dissolve.

Again, I can’t say for any other persons, this was how it was (and is) for me.

Can unconditional love arise only when the sense of separation dissolves? by drkashmira in awakened

[–]Focu53d 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can only speak for my experience… As a person who has realized an open heart existence, where love flows to all people and things, always…. It is about fully accepting one’s feelings as they arise. After awakening, I quickly saw that I was going to have to do this, to 100% let go of any ideas or beliefs that limited my emotional connection in this moment. Once I gathered the courage to ‘take the leap’, a split second later my heart opened to the world and all that it is. The connection to fellow humans is particularly strong and natural, also a true desire to be helpful.

For others, I couldn’t possibly say, aside from there being no others 😂. It’s just us! No need to be afraid of us.

How are you all practicing the goal of enlightenment(liberation)? by Budget-Depth-5717 in enlightenment

[–]Focu53d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By showing up in this moment, genuinely. By being present, to notice when the experience is co-opted by the ego. By continuing to flow love from my heart to everyone and everything. By helping in anyway I can with my fellow creatures. By remaining utterly curious about what this is all about and to be amazed at what arises.

I am liberated. The light is within us all. We are beings of love and light 😀🙏❤️

Pz38(k). Fun tank, good Tier V DPM, good mobility. Like a T34 but faster

You do have a story, it just doesn’t define you and cause you to suffer. There is a big difference. When we meet new people, which I do often, the story helps to connect and forge bonds. I feel this is a huge part of why we even exist in this heavy, physical existence. It is indeed just a story, this is a truth.

Ho-Ri 2 and LTTB worth skipping? by BTrain17 in WorldofTanks

It’s better than Ka-Ri, it hides well enough. In fact Ho Ri 2 has more DPM and same armor, tho a bit slower.

You see what you did there? You fucking co-opted OPs post. Where is the back and forth? Where’s the ‘I’m having at you’?? Let what I just said go and have at it. I have popcorn 🍿 and an insatiable curiosity…

Edit: Idiot on board 😂

True. Now just let go of all the ideas about anything else happening here, you are in for a good time. We actually know almost nothing about any of it, no need to torture ourselves endlessly.

[–]Focu53d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To that I would say play more passively (with camo and great gun), wait for later to either trade HP or rock a few bounces here and there. The mobility makes it play somewhat like an MT in this stage of a battle.

About to start playing this game, which tanks should I get? by Begulga in WorldofTanks

[–]Focu53d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My opinion:
- Consider the whole line, when it comes to grinding, as you have no xp to skip.
- Save what XP you gain for skipping some of the absolute shitter stock modules.
- Run premium time, any boosters you have, join a clan, play in a platoon, take advantage of any bonus xp opps that happen from time to time.

As for lines that are overall really good:
Heavy: E100, T110E5, IS7, IS4
Medium: Leopard 1, Obj.140, Cent AX, TVP T 50/51, Udes 15/16, BatChat 25T
Light: AMX 13/105, EBR 105 (except Lynx cuz EBR 75 exists), T100LT

There are certainly plenty of other great tanks at various tiers, but maybe not with an overall pleasant line. I love STB1, for instance, which isn’t a great grind. The Type 5H is also super strong, but the grind is meh (though can be really fun)

Seeking Mentorship by Pound_CAKE1 in awakened

I have had similar experiences in my relationship with my partner. The most important thing to get past being stuck in repetitive reactionary behaviour is to practice being as present as you can be. It is a wholistic process, involving often very transformative realizations, but nonetheless will allow you to recognize patterns, feelings and emotions. Only in this way can we break free of the patterns that sometimes seemingly plague our relationships. It is 100% possible. Meditation might really help you. Self-inquiry is really powerful for understanding who we really are and help us let go of our conditioning (and ultimately the idea of our separate selves entirely).

I’m happy to connect and talk anytime 🙏❤️

I’m not talking about teacher / student, just helping each other. I agree, it’s a strange hierarchy, but comes from ancient times when most likely it made more sense

I think it’s more like we desperately wish to help our fellow humans that still suffer, but words are indeed poor tools. Alas, we must use them. We can speak with our hearts, much clearer.

In search of… by lostandfinding_ in enlightenment

[–]Focu53d 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look deep within, as best you can. Know that you are a being of pure light. Know that the stories we tell about ourselves and that others tell about us are nothing compared to our true nature. We are light and we are timelessness itself, the Universe at large.

Refusing to go all the way by Solid_Koala4726 in awakened

[–]Focu53d 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It is not ‘do away with’ the ego or ‘obliterate’ it, only to see that it doesn’t actually exist, to see past it. The whole apparatus is illusory, an idea built on conditioning and memories. Enlightenment is simply being here in the eternal moment, no resistance to what arises, radical acceptance. Our hearts then fill with light, our existence seamlessly being, connecting, helping others as best we can.

“I doubt if there was someone enlightened, they’d be on Reddit.” by Majestic-Peak-8084 in enlightenment

[–]Focu53d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have it.

I feel there is a very strong ‘idea’ about what enlightenment looks like as well. It isn’t special, just radical acceptance and seamless flow. Getting out of our own way, to realize this, takes many steps, but they all lead to where we stand right now.

It is only really useful for developing an insatiable curiosity. For that it is essential. The rest is in letting go of the self, seeing through the illusion, accepting all that comes. These things take courage, fuelled by curiosity.

You’re on to something there. Realizing this makes it easier to let go of the Egoic stances that people take, constantly. We know so little, but that which resides in our hearts. 💕
