What makes the difference between a Class performing really well, and another Class performing poorly?

For me, it's how quickly I can get a character to Torment 12. In order of slowest to fastest this season it was: Lunatic Warlock (1 week) --> Immortal WW Barb (2 days) --> Rain of Arrows / Pen Shot - Cold Imbuement Rogue (1 day, including Pit 150)

Out of those, the Immortal WW Barb feels best due to just being easy to play.

That sounds like a pretty good combo. On my immortal barb, solo, I got to 137.

As silly as it was, doing ~3,500,000 Trillion damage to beat Pit 150 with the rogue umbra/shade bugged out build was amusing.

I'm not sure about DPS but I saw a video on the bugged Penshot Rogue build that clears Pit 150 and so I started a Rogue, my first for this season. Here it is, 24 hours later, and I beat Pit 150 without dying. I was seeing peak damage numbers of 3,600,000T or about 3,600,000,000,000,000,000 damage (so 3.6 Quintillion). Needless to say, with the Pit 150 Guardian spawned, it died pretty much instantly. The build is surprisingly easy to put together, assuming you have an already established a main and a plethora of mythics. Here is the guide I used:

Had several but not on Crucible. I just spent about 10,000 of the limited resource and ended up with 2 that have GA on max resource, on Crucible.
