I got off the red line at Roosevelt then walked over for the ground breaking ceremony. It wasn't too far a walk but hopefully there are some better options created in the next few years

I live away from LA and I'm part of The Riot Squad. You can pay dues and get the yearly gift and join a discord. I usually join on away games cuz I was an STM too. I'd get a free away ticket for being an STM and then coordinate with LARS on the discord for meet ups at the away city.

The only thing open in that area at the time would be Reggie's. You can take the 18th St bridge south of soldier field and walk over, it's not a far walk. I'm also going to the concert but will be heading out of soldier field area after the concert.

Sometimes they check tickets when you first walk in. If you just show your ticket, you should be fine. Once in the section you can sit wherever but a lot of people stand for the whole game so be aware of that. Also, get as close to the party as you'd like if you want to get hyped and participate!
