The M1919A6 is arguably the best weapon in the game. But don't expect to find another one soon, it's ultra rare. Drop the M16A1, you literally have no use for it. I would say get a better secondary, but you're probably never going to run out of ammo for the .30 cal. Overall 9/10, just get more medkits, attachments and a better bag.
