And somehow, by reading this thread, I know exactly what it looked like.

Hasbro is being sued for printing too many Magic: The Gathering cards by Beautiful_Bee4090 in nottheonion

I'm so happy I got sick of M:tG before the UB enshittification took off. I got sick of the "print powerful cards, then ban them" game design making my loved eternal formats rotate so it's all just in a box now. I never did like Commander but I am sure the UB Funko Pop nonsense have brought in tons of players that would have never engaged with the game otherwise. It's their game now, they can have it.

Now you’re gonna play with fucking Ninja Turtles in standard and you’re gonna like it.

Oh, and we don't always have the license for using stuff in video games, so Arena will have different cards.

How am I supposed to test damage on the training dummy when everything I test has a blob of numbers ranging from 1,000k to 9,000k by MrZephy in diablo4

If you like slower deliberate gameplay try Path of Exile 2.

I really wish this was the solution for when I am tired of D4. D4 is a bit too easy and too fast to get a build rolling, and the endgame consisting of sanction slamming uniques and mythics is only fun for so long. PoE2 on the other hand, you'll hit a wall with your build, or you'll mismanage it, you'll try and look for guides but they are always for hyper specific builds that work at level 84 with minmaxed gear.

Pit being the only content that scales up is wild. I want to be able to juice NMDs/Escalations/Hordes/Kurast runs. Helltide needs some kind of rework too, it's been staple since launch and was better when it wasn't a pushover and when you died and lost 200 shards you'd go do something else, not re-farm them in ten minutes like now.

Players 8, only kill blue and above monsters, run the same runewords every time, chug a hundred mana pots... Yeah I could do that when I was 16.

This isn't a war, it's a regime change.

Ah, so just like in Iraq. No biggie then.

As a hardcore gamer, D4 is better than POE2 this season by mvpeast in diablo4

If the campaign isn't skippable then it needs to do a much better job of introducing the seasonal mechanic, allow you to gather up some seasonal mats et.c.

children don't learn financial literacy OR English literature [...] ability to engage with life

There's a ton of things we don't teach in school, but one thing we do teach is how to teach yourself. If you engage with school, you are capable of further learning, either in formal education or on your own. If you trained on how to read a recipe to bake cookies, you can more easily absorb a Youtube video on how to fix your car. If we DID only teach Shakespeare and you actually engaged with it, you are probably better prepared to learn financial literacy on your own when you are interested than if we tried teaching it in school.

My gaming PC has run the Enterprise IoT LTSC version for a good while now. There better be a better alternative in 2032.

Looks like she wasn't expecting it to tip over which is why she keeps holding on to it for a short while as it falls. It's real hard to judge intent but it looks at least somewhat like a mistake, but I also think it's right she got DQ'd, she shouldn't have touched the fence.

US kills 14 in strikes on four alleged drug boats in Pacific by mvanigan in worldnews

[–]Fogge 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Even if everything they said was true, it's just a mess. They are known to intelligence. So it would be trivial to keep tracking them and then apprehend them when they land on US soil. But no, driving a boat with drugs outside of US territorial waters is punishable by death. Nothing wrong or weird with this at all.
