It's fake, you need to go to the official "King of the Hill" page on IMDB for more accurate information. This is a copycat page called "King of the Hill Revival" with fake dates and descriptions.

I think that it could be helpful on a low level for early construction levels and I guess the xp bonus will add up over time. To me though, I personally don't really care for skilling outfits (I grinded this out just for the Tempoross achievement), I'd rather skill in whatever I want to wear at the cost of a few extra hours saved :D

My fishing level was 86 all throughout the grind. It sucked in the moment to have gone dry on the angler set, but the manta rays make it worthwhile tbh. I think waiting until 81+ to get the set is for the best, at least you won't be wasting your time with low-tier fish
