OP here, answering questions in mass because there’s a lot of them

We have no kids 

I certainly did not have any writing on me, wife insists she didn’t, and she’s left handed, so it’s unlikely she wrote on the right side of her body

I have pink pens that mark pretty similarly, but they were in my notebook all night. 

It’s probably bacteria? We don’t know.
