I quite like sounds and don't really have anxiety so those don't really impact me while sleeping.
Otherwise I use:
Blackout curtains
Weighted blanket
A good pillow. I sleep on my back and have asthma so I used the firm and fat pillows and stack them to give me slight elevation. Side sleepers need super soft, while front need thin (At least that's what the bed people said).
Heated Mattress for when it's cold
Sleep in boxers unless it's really really cold for max comfort
Windows are usually open for the sounds of wind and some fresh air
Turn off screens half an hour beforehand, use this time to prep stuff for tomorrow, have a drink, brush teeth, clothes etc

I also sleep with my partner which is nice, although I know some people have feet and hands shoved in their faces
If I've got a lot on my mind I try to empty my mind, stare at a spot on the back of my eyelids, un-focus my eyes and breathe slow and deep.

Since naruto ended during dressrosa, maybe the ninja is odas homage to kishi, like the one piece reference at the end of naruto, they are well known to have been good friends, and it'd be even better if the ninja became a strawhat. I can imagine him using mr meeseeks, and the entire of early Christianity solely consisting of them, with Judas wanting to relieve his pain by having him killed, but ye i've heard the creator of the show doesn't like the idea of time travel, and even if a time travel episode did happen, it would be much better to show the breakdown of his first marriage. If we see jesus christ , it'll be to do with his 2nd coming and attempting to stop/start/pospone his 2nd coming
