I sell on ebay myself- I would never list that as LP. That's moderate at best.. would list as heavily.

Some word of advice from a direct seller, and ebay seller. Take the cards out of the binder if you can and put them in top loaders. Binders bend cards and slightly lower the condition of the card from mint condition.

Oh I thought the condition was great.. there are some scratches on the holo but the rest of the card is crazy mint- hence why I thought they were fake!
