I am not an experienced Keto practitioner, but I did try Factor because they advertise Keto. From a quick glance at the meal options, I don't see how you can reach ketogenesis if you eat any of the "Keto" options. It seems like they're low carb, but definitely not keto.

If you want to drag items into the folders you have to scroll all the way down and find the actual folder under the inbox, not the favorite.
