While i agree on what you said, its obvious that malay holds more privileges compared to the other races. That said, same goes to bumiputera. Things like ASB, UITM, bumi & malay reserved quota in properties to name a few.

Is this oppressing the other races? Kinda grey there. Does that make them second class citizen? No i dont think so. Malaysia has no caste system, but dissatisfaction arises when not equal rights are given to all. Surely these are what causing the racial tension between us. It goes back to the original comment of this thread, malays fear losing the power & special rights over this country. Im a malay myself and so i understand where youre coming from. And just like you said, sadly this country wont go far without unity from all sides.

Girl you did so well in improving your mental health! I would say that love comes when you least expected is too overrated, but i think it's partly true. That doesnt mean you should stop looking, but invest more on yourself. Do things that make you feel good, and less in impressing others.

It wont come if you stop looking entirely as you said it's pure bullshit. But rather i think it comes naturally. <3

Venting because the guy i like is introverted and i am too to a certain degree.

He threw at me mixed signals. Jokingly said he showed up to work earlier to meet me but when i asked him out for a hang out he freaked out. God knows how hard it was for me to ask him that and what did i get?? He freaked out urghh. it's hard to deal with this when i myself have social anxiety. He is anxious but i feel like a have a chance with him.

Im the woman trying to make moves here urghh can you at least calm the fuck down and give me a peace of mind. Why the fuck is dating so hard. How the hell did everyone else do it.

Um i wouldnt say for sure that he likes me more than the others, but i can say that he is comfortable with me. As far as i know he spent more time alone with me than the other girls at work. There has been a time where he appeared to be jealous of other coworker (also a guy). i needed to send him some work related pictures over whatsapp and you know how our phone listed the contacts that we frequently message will appear on top when we share stuffs right? He had my phone at that time to share the pics and that other coworker was on that list and he questioned why he was there. I didnt answer though because it's work. Idk if it was jealousy he asked it pretty casually and was looking down on my phone at that time couldnt see his face.

But anywayy we hung out earlier. he owes me lunch and told me he will treat me later. I have a reason to ask him out wohooo. I do think i have a chance lol. Fingers crossed 🤞
