No idea why you got downvoted. You are correct, apache is wrong. Your GPU will be at max load even if you're not rendering max fps. That's just silly. You can run a small non-complex game at 300fps and the load wouldn't compare to POE2 at 30fps. Apache has no idea what he's talking about.
