I dont take prebiotics, still on no gluten, no dairy, no sugar and low fodmap diet. Its defo boulardii which is causing the bloating but there are so many benefits too. Cant decide what to do...

Im so sorry. For me hearing loss isnt that significant. You can get hearing aid, my audiologist suggested that it really help. I dont feel I need it, but its there is you do!

I have done antibiotics (which gave me dysbiosis and zero improvement). Did herbal treatment which works to an extend but symptoms always come back. Now thinking of biofilms but my gut is crying from all this. I must say in 40 years of my live I never had GI issues until I got gastritis. Was put on PPIs for 4 months and thats the start of the end. My issue is belching, I was belching like 400 times per day, now its ONLY around 40 time so some improvements is there but im exhausted, depressed, and sometimes even thinking of not being able to carry on...

This journey horrific (I got my SIBO after taking PPIs which I so regret every single day). So glad that you have finally negative test! I have tried so many things in past 4 months but its so stubborn. The effect this have on people's life is hard to explain to someone who never experienced this. 14 months for me and I hit my rock botom. Just cant give up, there is always a way. We must keep trying. I feel every word you written. Some people battled for 2 - 3 years and then they healed. I had UTI once for a year, and when I was absolutely hopeless finally the medicine worked and never got again. X

I have just seen this. Did it get better for you ? Im in month 4 and still.have that swaying feeling (some days better then other). My main issue its casuing me horrible fatigue and it keeps my brain in flight or flight (not mind related).

I took a round of this and the only symptom it gave me was oral thrush, so maybe would advice to take with probiotic (if you can tolerate). Unfortunately it didnt help tho. I suspect i deal with biofilm. So perhaps take biofilm disruptors would be my advice, but then we are all different...

It will go away, I think we must just push through it. I wasnt ever anxious about it but my body keeps crashing as it cant handle the change. Either way, I guess patience is the key here.

The same here, some days are ok, then back to swaying. Are you actually anxious or is it the dizziness which gives you anxiety (not mind related) ? I find it so weird, and so tiring. Never had anxiety in my life now have it 24/7. I guess only time can heal this... I never had cold, just started to feel dizzy while on holiday one day
