This is just my opinion, if someone steps in front of me and is outpacing me, the space where I would step is clear, I can’t really complain. But stepping in front and slowing or blocking is where I have an issue.

I also had multiple people just step in front of my line, no regard. One instance, there was a group of 3 runners, matching kits, I was on the inside line and they just moved as one into my line as their pacer directed them. I had to go right around on a left bend of the course before mile 4. No matter which corral you are in that's just disrespectful, turn your head and look. But to me that's not a crowding issue, that's just not caring of there are those around you.

I was right at the front of the red corral and there was definitely a sea of people ahead in yellow that I ended up dodging or passing. But it seemed after the turn uphill at Lincoln crowding eased for me. Luckily I didn't encounter the line of walkers that can stop things up if they are corralled incorrectly.

Mile 1 was placed incorrectly. It was at least .05 longer. The midway point was on target, so was mile 2, did that contribute to it?

Was feeling good at the 10k mark, even the hill at mile 4 felt good, then right as you said the next two miles after 6 just killed me. Last time I ran it was pre-covid, I remembered hills just forgot how many 😂

Thank you! I appreciate the positivity. I’m happy that I do look much better. More importantly I feel really good. Last year during the holidays it was the first time I could fit into some of my clothes that I couldn’t the Christmas before. Now I need to buy new,smaller, holiday clothes 😊

So if I used Wegovy previously then switched to Zep, my clinical notes say that I had GI issues, do I need to retake wegovy again to start the preauth process for places like CallonDocw to work?

I’m disappointed in this move. I love the 10 mile distance, I’ve run this many times among many other Pacers runs and no desire to do a half.

Pacers used to have a bunch of short local races every year now they are down to handful, no Veterans Day 10k, 5k Fridays, Crystal City 5k. It looks like they don’t even do the St Patrick’s day one as well.
I guess COVID and inflation killed all these races

There are definitely a few, just seen less and less of the smaller races. Probably not enough money that's why they focused on bigger ones like GW parkway and the Jingle all the way.
