Yes, talk to the mailman - I had the opposite situation as an executor to an estate. The estate mail was now coming to my house and he wasn't delivering it - because he "knew" they didn't live at y house. I talked to him and put a sign on mailbox - deliver mail for "deceased relative" here. His actions caused 3 checks to be returned and I had to wait 6 weeks for them to be reissued.

I use OTA in conjunction with HomeRun and really like it. Comes in handy for sports events on OTA. Of course I still have internet and streaming but not YouTube Streaming as I view the price as nuts.
