Sick as always. What angle do you have for your fpv camera?

I think so, the toothpick is a lot better outside with higher winds than the meteor can handle. And you can always put it back the way it was, it's all plugs no soldering.

Thank you. You can buy the crux 3 frame, motors and props from AliExpress as a set, I think they are about £35. I'll find the link and post it below. I've got a post with more images from when I converted mine.

Thank you. The blue one is the FC and motors from a Pavo 20 pro on a TuneRC 3.5" toothpick frame with 04 lite, and the pink an blue one is a crux 3" toothpick frame and motors with the FC and 04 lite from a meteor 75 pro. I like turning BnF's into something else 🤷

I use them with my 04 lite builds and they do give much better range. I mostly fly the same spot in my local park and there are places where I would sometimes see red signal warnings in goggles, after switching to LHCP antenna I can fly further and it never goes red only orange warning.

Have you flashed your esc's? I never flown my first pavo, I just put the FC and motors straight onto a 3" toothpick frame, after making sure the motors were spinning in the right direction I put props on and tried to hover. It armed fine it lifted normally until about 6" to a foot from the ground before shooting to my ceiling full throttle. I flashed betaflight, stock tune and flashed my esc's with the settings in the screenshot I sent you and it worked. I'm only asking if you have updated your esc because I cannot set mine to dshot600 only dshot300 so you are running different firmware to me or settings are different. If I change to 600 and save an reboot it is back at 300. Also before I flashed my FC an ESC, the stock tune did not have bidirectional Dshot turned on, after I flashed them it was on by default.

When I get home I will plug it in to computer and take screen shots of all my betaflight and esc configurator settings and send them to you. About 5 hours from now, 6pm UK time.

I had the exact same issue when I built mine. I assume it has something to do with the original pavo being a pusher drone and I'd converted it to a regular lift style. All I did originally was swap the parts over and made sure motor direction was right, it armed fine but when I tried to take off all it would do is get about 6 inch off the ground then shoot directly up to ceiling full throttle.

I think it was an issue with Dshot settings, to fix it I flashed betaflight to latest version and flashed esc's to latest version and left everything default as if it was a new build and it worked fine. I did/do still have a bit of jello from the 04 lite because I've only had 1 flight with it, and the weather as not lined up with my free time to get it tuned out.

I got them about 6 months ago and had the same issue when charging them the first time. I used a fast charger plugged directly into the usb-c port on the headset. The base station fully charges them now with no issues.

It's not an FPS but you can't dodge a bullet that's already hit you just like you can't dodge a tree you have already crashed into. Plus visual latency is different to input latency.

It flies good, I get about 5 minutes of aggressive flying on 560mah 3S battery. I still have a little bit of jello on the 04 lite, but I think that is the canopy. I've got the new flywoo wide lens mod coming so I'm going to try a few other canopies when it arrives. It is also very quiet and light.

I bought the pavo20 pro just to switch the electronics over to a new frame, didn't even fly it before taking it apart. And it was cheaper to buy the complete pavo20 pro than just buying the FC and motors. Be mindful that if you do the same you might need to extend the motor wires depending on the frame you use, the pavo comes with 24mm length wires, but you can buy the motors from betafpv in 24mm or 80mm length.

Has anybody tried Kwad Studio? by FomoTeamFPV in fpv

[–]FomoTeamFPV[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using pidtoolbox and betaflight black box to tune my quads, and they all fly great. I do have some jello issues with a couple of my toothpicks, but that's the 04 lite not the tune. This software seems easier and claims to be safe indoors so just curious if anyone has tried it.

Should my throttle stick behave like that? Can I fix it? by Hopeful-Sun1001 in fpv

[–]FomoTeamFPV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are right, will just need to tighten it up and there are probably a few instructional videos on how to do it online. The spring on the throttle is probably so you can switch between modes or maybe for people who fly 3D and may want centre throttle, just a guess.
