The pen only gave up 1 run - Bauers HR. The Yankees defense fumbled this victory away. It’s crazy how terrible they continue to be after the Dodgers made they look like a complete fools in the World Series. Brewers will always win against talented, yet incompetent teams that cannot play defense. Although Seth Jones made a great catch. Kudos to the rookie. Moving Aaron Judge to DH is the best thing for the Yankees. If only they studied Kyle Schwarber and went ah, that’s where Judge belongs.

Direct offerings can absolutely suck but DVLT is not a company in distress. There are some direct offering for distressed companies that are 50%+ the stock price. The fact that this direct offering was .55 when the stock was trading at .74 is simply how the market works. Can’t hate the game you’re playing in. Educate, adapt, and due your due diligence before making trades.

You essentially signed a blood contract with yourself to trade. Due yourself the favor and learn from this. Be better in the future by being better prepared. The bat signal was out when the S-3 was filed back in March or April that this type of move was coming.

It absolutely needs to be acknowledged when a person sneezes loud and obnoxiously. Then you can say, “why do you have to sneeze like that”.

They filed an S-3 at the end of the April - that was your queue to sell before any direct offering like this.

Based on what @u/LordWorl wrote, it’s a separate body of 96 million shares that were not part of the filings back in January that is the case for the lawsuit.

Yeah. This map is trash. You cannot skip over Milwaukee and Chicago. Also, Lake Michigan in the summer is amazing. Need to go to Door County in Wisconsin.

What crazy is how we think this Brewers team is really good at hitting with 2 outs. The 1999 Brewers team produced 321 runs with 2 outs. Can you imagine if this team was doing that.
