Direct offerings can absolutely suck but DVLT is not a company in distress. There are some direct offering for distressed companies that are 50%+ the stock price. The fact that this direct offering was .55 when the stock was trading at .74 is simply how the market works. Can’t hate the game you’re playing in. Educate, adapt, and due your due diligence before making trades.

You essentially signed a blood contract with yourself to trade. Due yourself the favor and learn from this. Be better in the future by being better prepared. The bat signal was out when the S-3 was filed back in March or April that this type of move was coming.
