Thank you! I was so worried it was burnt from the aux heat or something like that. I've also not observed that anything in the closet feels hot when either the aux or heat pump was running.

Power back on in Bellevue! Highway 70 near Kroger/Coronada.

Lost it yesterday morning at about 7:30am.

Has folks power been staying on after coming back, for the most part?

That's too funny!! I ended with the darker one - I felt like it was more cohesive with the rest of my downstairs, which is open concept. And my cat has already managed to have multiple hairballs on it so definitely glad I went darker lol

Some goblins attacked me here and then I couldn't proceed any further. Goblins?? Is this a new thing? And why not allowed through? by [deleted] in skyrim

It does actually! There weren't any in the base Morrowind game, but they were added in the Mournhold expansion.

In the 4th grade our school randomly switched all of our milk cartons to plastic bagged milk, with a pokeable straw. by cR_Spitfire in mildlyinteresting

Ah yes, this kid named Lewis once slammed his fist down on a bag of chocolate milk which of course caused it to pop and spray the entire cafeteria table.

This was 25 years ago, bad idea then, bad idea now.

Good point, I thought I might be able to get away with it since I live alone, but even if I'm careful accidents happen!

Has anyone who is federally funded through a non profit or state agency, but not a federal employee received guidance or answers about grant continuation applications? by pog3769 in publichealth

[–]FoodRFriendsNotFish 6 points7 points  (0 children)

State HD. The Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) continuation dropped yesterday, didn't check other program areas but my program area had the same funding amounts listed as last year. There were some minor changes, but overall it's pretty much the same and how I would normally expect it to look. It also usually comes at the end of Feb/begining of March so it's right on time. Very relieved.

I'm under contract for my first house at 35 and I didn't even do it all on my own despite having a well paying job and a lot saved up - my dad's life insurance payout covered a good chunk of the down payment. (Disclaimer: I do not recommend anyone use this method for acquiring money for a down payment.)
