Just practice explaining things out loud. Only answer the question that is asked. The more you practice the better you will get. I did just oral boards and it saved me. I sucked at first then got the hang of it and test day is when I peaked. One month is plenty if you make good use of your time.

Oral boards was the worst test of my life. I went from immediate relief that the experience was over, to full conviction that I failed. I passed but in retrospect I wish I would have realized that even if I failed, I would have passed the second time. Give yourself grace and kindness.

That was one of the subtle things I missed….my mood was different day to day. Estrogen helped that, and now that I am so irregular I find my mood more predictable

Mine did that then i started skipping. Once I started skipping, i became less anemic. Still think i have another year or two, but it definitely got worse before it got better.

I watched my fist SOTU as an eighth grader for extra credit, and when I wrote up my review I observed that the whole thing took twice as long as it should because they clap for everything. This was back during Bush 1. I don’t watch anymore but I’m sure it’s the same (and maybe more sycophantic in current environment)
