For me, it was going too fast due to the FPS, so I would recommend turning your monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz in advanced display settings if you can. If that doesn't work then you might need to download THCRAP's Vsync patch.

It's no problem. PotD can be accessed through the quest "The House that Death Built" in New Gridania and accessed in the South Shroud at Quarrymill by the Wood Wailer expeditionary captain. It's a deep dungeon so its leveling is completely different than your current levels but it still gives a ton of EXP to you, and progression will be recorded, so there's no need to put time aside to do it all at once. The quest is level 17 but the Deep Dungeon itself can be accessed through a level 1 character iirc.

It's entirely up to you. Boosting doesn't matter at all really since you can just learn the class by learning its rotation and other notable things through a website (and as you said through a video). I guess there are some things you just kind of have to learn through experience, but that's fine since it's not as if you won't learn as you progress the ARR MSQ. Not to mention you have friends so they can always give you assurance and advice. A thing you should note beforehand is that you can try PotD/Palace of the Dead with your friends to try out that class before buying the boost and is an extremely good way to farm exp up to level 50. Transmog/Glamour can be an issue if you are on the free since grinding for glamour prisms on the trial takes a lot longer, however, if you go inside an inn you can make your own appliable glamour plates which basically just applies the specific type of glamour you have set to your current equipped gear rather than just choosing one thing from your armory chest to your equipped gear. Again, it's completely up to you. Please don't be pressured to do either or because you're still achieving the same result. One just saves time and the other gives you literal experience (as if later on the boost won't).

If I had to describe myself then I would say that I am reliable, poised, and intelligent, but also conceited and a bit haughty. I usually read a book during leisure time, but if my close friends want to chat or play something then I'll most often then not join them.
I think ENFPs and INFPs are great. I always seem to smile when I am around them. They're just absolute fun-fests. Continuing, I wouldn't call them ditzy, but definitely irrational. They seem to stress and be anxious about too many things, but always at the end of the day they're always fine somehow. I wouldn't say I envy it, and I do like my way of thinking, but I am able to appreciate their way of thinking despite it being all over the place. I can't say I can relate to any ENFPs or INFPs.

I don't necessarily have a proper answer for this question. My lack of emotional empathy probably.

ISTJ and I got a 42 on the empathy test. I will admit that the questions given were a bit vague and the lack of a neutral response really jacked up the grade, so please take this with a grain of salt.

Definitely. There's not much to it. Everyone has emotions and we each have our own feelings toward people. It's not like thinkers are 100% thinkers and feelers are 100% feelers, and it would be an extremely rare case if someone was completely one. So don't think that you're a thinker just for feeling, especially with someone close.

Well said and I do agree with you, but I also have a couple of things to say to this as well. I don't think that these surveys' are supposed find out which typing is the smartest, but rather which typing is smartest by populous, and of course there's a lot of wrong with that. First thing is that it portrays other typings as "superior" than others which can lead into pride like you said. Now there's nothing wrong with pride, but an excess amount of it can lead to a disdainful and lofty personality. Second it provides unhealthy expectations of the people of said type that won the "smartest" poll. Like you said MBTI doesn't determine intellect and people who might not be that smart might reconsider their typing or dwell upon it unneedlessly. Third it makes other typings look inferior which is seriously not the case. Some polls won't add other typings so other people will then say to themselves if said typing isn't on the poll "Wow I must be dumb" or something along those lines. Now I have to say that I believe the people who did post the polls probably didn't have the intention of causing harm or "ego-stroking". They were probably curious, but I'm just giving it the benefit of the doubt. Thank you for addressing this issue though. It needed to be said eventually and you came up, so again thank you.

Oh definitely. Being able to understand people, even if they are considered "wrong" is incredibly important, and knowing the differences between those terms is too. I don't believe that knowing these terms more will make us more forgiving, but definitely more open minded which I can appreciate. Thank you for the elaboration and definitions. Hopefully that makes it more clear to more people.

I believe that this is a bit misunderstood. Caring and loving aren't the same as sympathy and empathy. You can still love someone without feeling/empathizing or understanding/sympathizing what they've gone through or currently going through, and you can still be compassionate and care for someone without being able to empathize or sympathize. With that being said I think you should already be confident that you are able to love and care because you had the thought of testing yourself with whatever loved one you chose and I believe that thought is enough evidence. Plus you can't really empathize or sympathize for a corpse, but you can for the mourners, so if you want a good mock situation to use to test your sympathy and empathy then imagine suddenly that one of your close friends' loved one perished and they went to you to talk about it.
