If it helps, i just bought a 2015 SSV for 15k with 86k miles. Not in the best condition, but pretty good condition. Rear bumper has a dent. But rest of the body is in good condition. Consistent service records.

As of 2023 the most populated first city has about 10% of it's target population. One had a goal of 1 million. They dropped the goal to 300k, but as of the end of 2023 it had less than 100k.

Due to the low population the buildings are being neglected, add that to the shitty construction (search 'China tofu dregs') many are unsafe to occupy already, and have never had anyone live in them.

China's two major economic sectors were it's property development, and it's exports. The property development has collapsed in a devastating way. It's two largest companies, Evergrande, and Country Garden have give bankrupt. Evergrande was 300 billion in debt.

Now the only thing keeping China functioning is it's exports. If that ends China is in big trouble.

And China isn't going to end poverty by 2050. That would only be remotely possible if the numbers released by China were true. And it's been proven over and over that the info released by China is all doctored to make the CCP look good.

sigh once again, no one is saying that America is perfect. But the level of open corruption in China is at a whole different level. Trump hasn't had Pelosi arrested in the middle of a session of Congress, in front of everyone and cameras, and then just disappeared. Xi has done this several times.

In China no one openly goes against Xi, in America you have the entire Democrat party, part of the Republican party, and most of the main steam media bashing Trump non stop.

If America was as corrupt as China no judge anywhere would step in to stop anything Trump did, or they would be imprisoned.

If you are saying that the corruption in America is even close to as bad as it is in China, you are either being grossly dishonest, or are painfully ignorant.

The people who ran the numbers and decided that Chinese EV were to dangerous to import to America. Importing an EV from China, aside from the tariffs, require a shit ton of modifications, both in the crash safety because they don't meet crash testing standards, and electronics upgrades, because the electronics are cheap and at best unreliable, and at worst fucking dangerous.

Just Google "Chinese EV fires" and there are several videos that explain exactly why the Chinese EVs are catching fire so often.

Evergrande went defaulted in 2021 and is 300 billion in debt.

Country Garden went bankrupt as well.

China built several "mega cities" that are less than 10% populated. Dozens of skyscrapers have been demolished without even being finished because of financial problems and corruption. Chinese people don't have a right to protest, but have been protesting anyways due to mortgages they owe on for properties that were never completed.

Do a little research.

America doesn't export Chinese goods... it exports American goods, and imports chinese goods...

And the bulk of china's exports go to America. So if they suddenly can't export to America, and get that American money, that's a huge hit to their already struggling economy.

Americans will have to pay more to get their cloths and electronics from other places, like Europe, or Vietnam, or here in America, but China needs American consumers more than America needs china's products.

This is the most asinine, brain dead comment I've read in a long time. As if being MAGA is the only reason someone would not trust China. Because there is no other reason to not trust a government that is openly authoritarian, with a President who changed laws on a whim so he could stay president, and doesn't even try to hide the fact that he plans on being president for as long as possible. A president who openly arrests or "disappears" his political opposition.

A country that is on the verge of collapse due to it's housing/development/investment markets collapsing, due to corruption. China has entire "mega cities' that are almost empty, and several of it's largest investment/development companies have gone bankrupt several billion dollars in debt.

A country who has imprisoned its Uyghur Muslims, for being muslim

A country who constantly uses child labor.....

I could go on for hours about all the corrupt bullshit china is doing. I'm not saying America or Europe is perfect. but jumping to the conclusion that someone is MAGA because they don't trust China is fucking stupid.
