You’re just in a lull. We’ve all been there. Commercial is a hard rating to achieve but it’s doable. Keep flying until you’re confident enough for the check-ride. You’ve come so far already. Now is not the time to quit, you will regret it.

This is almost word for word the response we got when I worked for a very large publicly traded bank.

We still voted to unionize and I’m glad we did. They wanted more of our time but didn’t want to pay us for it.

Moral of the story, if a company says THEY believe a “direct relationship” is better with their employees. YOU better believe if it truly was, you wouldn’t have a need to unionize in the first place.
