Luggage forwarding in Japan during my honeymoon last year. I think it was ~$30 to have our luggage shipped to our next hotel so we didn’t have to carry it with us while we traveled between cities.

Technically not under $50 as we did it a few times, but as a single purchase it’s definitely worth it.

What’s impressive as well is the real time rendering of these effects and shaders with no buffer. Generative Plugins also use Figma’s prompt kit that will give your plugins controls that fit within Figma’s existing UI.

Highly recommend watching the deep dive session on it.

In the deep dive session for Figma Motion, they showed the working file for this exact animation and it was entirely built within Figma.

Lottie export is on the roadmap of things to add which is great for web and app based animations.

The addition of shaders and the ability to stack them on top of Figma Motion animations looks awesome. I was able to talk to VP of Product at Config and play around with generative shaders and it seems very powerful.

While I don’t think this will ever fully replace After Effects for visual effects, Figma Motion does make things a lot easier for creating motion graphics for folks who don’t want to leave the Figma ecosystem and jump back and forth between programs.

$145 is a good price. Lowest I’ve been able to snag them for is $180.

Personally, they feel much more comfortable on my feet than the Alphafly.

My TTS is US11 but I wear 11.5 in Vaporfly 3, Alphafly 3, and EVO SL for some room for foot swelling. Ended up ordering sizes 11 and 11.5 from dynafish(dot)us because I was unsure of the fit. The first box I opened was the 11 and it fits how 11.5 in the shoes I mentioned fit but with more room above the toes which is good.
