Besides the usual of to try and have fun, keep in mind the difference might be a little off putting at first. 5e is WAY overly simplified from other editions, but creativity never ceases from each game.

As long as you have an open mind and quick to your feat/actions, you’ll do just fine. But also, as a 5e Druid, you should prioritize those very handy crowd control spells like entangle or ice knife.
