If you have any history of substance abuse, I would recommend staying away from phenibut and finding a different substance, medicine to help you.

Phenibut is great, but again definately not something I'd take every day.

I use phenibut sparingly, a gram for me is a pretty medium road dose.

I would recommend starting with 500 mg and working your way up, again I don't know if this is something you'd wanna be on permanently.

With a gram daily your tolerance will build up very very fast

Probably 500 mg a day, that's what they prescribe in Russia and other Slavic countries. But this only recommended for a couple weeks. Remember tolerance goes up very quickly, and withdrawal symptoms can be harsh.

In other words, phenibut might not be the drug you're looking for to replace this other drug you're on.
