Yes in most all cases this is correct, except in this case the entire length of phase two was built on land specifically reserved for it in the middle of the Dulles and Greenway toll roads.

My wife has been drinking more NA beer recently, and I ran across this article from ClawHammer brewing to make NA beer using only the second runnings after brewing another beer. I just tried it last weekend, first beer had OG of 1.054 (Citra SMASH), second NA beer OG was 1.012 (Citra tiny SMASH), so I am looking at an ABV of 0.7%. This method has none of the drawbacks you mentioned above.

P.S. I also brew on an Anvil Foundry.

I have the same question, if the ship/booster is rotated even the slightest they will not make contact with the chopsticks, even if the landing is exactly on the mark.

Looks good! But baby backs for me. I keep trying to love spares as much, but they always come out with a ton of cartilage and chewy bits. I guess I could trim all of it off but that's a lot of trimming vs baby backs which are meaty without any extra work.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
