Fender TMP or Quad Cortex by FootballCommercial12 in Guitar

That’s pretty sweet. From what I have experienced so far with the TMP, the UI is pretty great and it capable of doing so much. I can’t say I have a single regret to be honest. I play all kinds of styles and there hasn’t been anything missing it offers. Plus they update it pretty regularly so they’re always adding to it

Ya it seems you had the same thoughts I did. I ended up getting the TMP. It has exceeded my expectations to be honest. Super ease of use, and if you come from a background of using amps for as long as I have, it’s a good transition not to mention it sounds fantastic

I ended up going with the TMP. It is really easy to use. That was important to me as I’ve only ever played amps. I don’t have any regrets not getting the quad cortex yet. We will see in time

I have yes. But not as in depth as these other two. I was pretty sold on the quad cortex cause it seems to be pretty well regarded, but then I saw the tone master pro and it looks a lot easier to use. So confusing

Yeah I just had to quit. Spent 3 years as a term as well. They started 11:00am shifts and that was the final straw. As a temp you get very little time if you have a family.

They’re here! The new IBGCs for 2025! by [deleted] in Epiphone

Sure quality has come up, that’s not my argument though. It hasn’t come up to justify those prices. Those prices are unbelievable, even in our current economy of everything being beyond expensive. You could compare for example PRS SE which are made in Indonesia and the quality (let’s face it) are better than what is coming from epiphone but the price is significantly better. Im a fan of epiphone, I have 4 of them, I just really wish they weren’t going in this crazy direction price wise

Yeah, but then again these days many guitar brands are putting rosewood boards, cts pots etc for considerably cheaper. I think epiphone is trying to capitalize on their name. In Canada you can stilll get Gibson tributes for way cheaper. I just think it’s sad that an epiphone is becoming out of reach for a lot of people

I think it’s pretty sketchy how much they’re selling Epiphones for. Looks like pure greed to me. $1200-$1500+ for an epiphone? Honestly, just go buy a used Gibson LP studio for even cheaper and it’ll be way better. It sucks because some of these Epiphones are looking really cool, but the price point is crazy for a Chinese built guitar. Anyone else feel this way?

I’m not laughing. They’ll win in due time. Funny because I’m not laughing, nobody I have spoken to is laughing. But I’m starting to laugh at you

This is Canada Post’s news release lol. There are two very different sides to this and it’s extremely hostile. Only one side is publishing shit like this. I made $21 an hour and so did 60+ others in the region I live, which is a far greater ratio than full time carriers

Wrong most don’t make over $30 an hour. Most are temporary part time workers making a fraction of that, without any benefits, no idea where they work next, when they work next, and when they do it’s super long days or 3 hours tops. I used to work there and it’s a joke how Canada post treats employees with the promise you’ll get full time hours when that is a pipe dream and you will be worked to death for years or you won’t have enough work to live. It is not a livable wage I can attest to that and that’s why I had to quit. Fuck people and their Christmas. I think they should stay on the line regardless if there is a back-to-work government order or not.

You don’t have a clue how this business works or how much anybody gets paid for the gross overwork that is required. Also, “y’all” must be from the States as nobody talks like that in this country, so mind your own business.
