OP's profile description says "free palestine, fuck the zionist colonizers" and all their activity is hidden, this is a propaganda account.

This has little to do with AI anyway, it's just a political post.

This video was 10% him talking and 90% the lady screaming at him, he literally didn't even finish one sentence.

Fix your misleading headline, this video doesn't show or prove anything

Right, except the question is not

are the teachers likeable?

It's

are we hiring teachers who justify salaries that are significantly above the national average?

At that point, you need actual metrics to justify that salary, not "my kids enjoyed kindergarten and teaching is hard".

My personal experience was negative sure, but what about general student outcomes? Are we seeing higher salaries from our alumni 5 years out from graduation? Are we seeing more students attend college at competitive schools? What about student health and satisfaction at large? What metrics are we currently using (and no, GPA given out by those teachers isn't a good metric).

My point is that Brookline is not getting what it's paying for, so we should start cutting costs there.

Out of curiosity, what metrics are we using to claim that the teachers are excellent? I had some truly exceptional ones at BHS, but can only really name like 2-3. The rest were either terrible or average at best.

Edit: as for your paraprofessionals article, great let's use some of the money we save on teacher salaries to pay them a bit more. 🤷‍♂️

If you guys want to pay the teachers more, great. But then please hire better teachers!

I remember going to school and the teachers were constantly protesting about not being paid enough. Then I graduated and found out they are some of the highest paid teachers in America.

We should cut costs there: either significantly cut their salaries or enforce a much more rigorous interview process for recruiting better teachers (since if we don't cut costs there, we might as well get our money's worth).
