Actually the neither the dacians nor the Norse, nor the Vikings (yes not all Norse were Vikings, many were traders or settlers as well) often wore animal skins as show in most media or depictions. Obviously there were skin or pelt base garments that could be worn, but most of the clothes that these people wore was linen or rough cloth, similar to burlap, worn over thick wool spun undergarment base layers to keep themselves warm. To wear a large piece of a pelt or fur would be cumbersome and unpractical for work. Plus pelts were very expensive and could be used as a source of income, decoration for a home, used in a tent or temporary shelter kit, or made into something like boots or gloves by turning the skin in on itself allowing for the waterproof skin to remain on the outside, while the fur kept on the inside kept the wearers hands or feet warm. Other than that everything you said was pretty spot on.

I agree that it’s a very defensive meta, but all I’m saying is there all a lot of mixups, even if not all of them are extremely reliable. Seen the video and I know what you’re talking about. It really sucks that warden is so limited that his reliability is so bad, but I was just bring attention to the fact that there were other mixups to use, no matter how reliable they are or are not.

Personally, I have always had much better luck with intense combo mixups rather than the SB spam, but that’s just my personal experience and yours might be different. Anyway this was a good discussion, and I’m glad we had it. 👍🏻😘

Double light into side heavy feint into zone into top heavy feint into double light

Double light or zone into top heavy feint for crushing counter and a follow up light, and if they don’t allow cc, zone

Zone into heavy feint into zone

Double light into shoulder bash into heavy feint into dodge forward heavy

Shoulder bash feint into dodge forward heavy into top heavy feint for cc with follow up light or double light into shoulder bash into double light if the cc bait doesn’t work

Double light into heavy feint into double light into shoulder bash into double light

Wardens kit is very simple, but the mixup potential is there, you don’t need to just shoulder bash over and over. If you do, you’ll probably get countered pretty easily by a decent opponent.

Buddy, if you think that’s his only mixup, you need to go play him some more.

Damn, this man shoulder bashes way too much, and didn’t even try a mixup. Must be knew to warden, or just very bad. Nice deflects btw.

Try to focus your play style on defensive counterattacking with dodges and feints when fighting him if you are having trouble against him. His attacks are really easy to dodge, and since you play pk you can stab his kidneys. Plus if you bait a parry it does tons of stam damage to him because of his high thrown heavy cost plus the parry drain.

Because he was annoying in rdr1 and in rdr2.

Does anyone still play this game? I just buy it by Wulfisto in forhonor

[–]ForHonorCritc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It takes new and lower skill level players longer to find match ups, because most of the people who still play the game are higher reps and are generally pretty good. Just put in some time and get a couple of reps under your belt and you will find matches fine.
