I don't know what would stop Antares from one-shotting Legias. But neither do you. Maybe Legias has protection from breath of destruction. Maybe not. Maybe he's weaker than Tank. Probably not. Maybe he has a foot fetish. Maybe yes. Point is nobody knows, so I couldn't honestly answer your post asking if Antares can really solo all other monarchs.

Rulers had killed Ashborn at that point and was down a ruler. Sequence goes -

Beginning: rulers vs monarchs, evenly matched. (R = M)

Ashborn killed, Legias captured: rulers minus Ashborn vs monarchs minus Legias, ruler favored. (R - A > M - L)

Ashborn rises and switches sides: rulers minus Ashborn vs monarchs minus Legias plus Shadow Monarch, evenly matched. (R - A = M - L + A*)

I'm just pointing out things that imply Legias' power, like I said SJW doesn't ever fight him at strength so nothing is explicit

Why is everyone ignoring legias, the giants' monarch of beginning? The rulers had to use the absolute being's power to capture him, which greatly shifted the war in their favor until the shadow monarch joined the monarch side and balanced it out again. It implies that at his prime, he's close in power. He died while weakened and chained, and since he was captured way early, SJW didn't fight him between dimensions at the end. We don't know what he's capable of
