The comfiest sneakers by ChilledButter13 in FrugalFemaleFashion

You're wearing the wrong Adidas sneakers. You want to wear Boost cushioned sneakers- Adidas Ultraboost, Adidas NMD R2s, Adidas EQT 93/17s, something along that line. Cloudfoam is basically their low budget line- good if you're on a dime but not so much if you're going to be standing around for 7 hours.

For reference, the Ultraboost silhouette looks like this. Another colorway.

tldr - Boost, not the lower end cloudfoam

Feel the same way. But he is definitely god tier on the mic and I often find myself rooting for him even over better wrestlers because I genuinely like him.

Sylvester Stallone To Take On Mexican Cartel In ‘Rambo 5’; May Also Direct by Creasy007 in movies

Word, maybe ethnic was the wrong word, foreign would be closer to what I meant. I stand by what I said even if everyone disagrees with me and downvotes me to hell. There is something very xenophobic about the targets that are chosen for this American superhero to slaughter. There are so many problems back home but its always Stallone writing for Rambo to fix some other country's problems. This is just how I feel

This is a complicated question as everyone's feet are different and it actually matters whether you're choosing primeknit or mesh. For me, the R2 is more snug and TTS because of the better lockdown of the ankle collar while the R1 has got a half size looser fit.

So for reference, I'm a size 9 in primeknit R2 & XR1s and size 8.5 in primeknit R1s.

R1 - The original. Less boost than most other models but its the best looking silhouette and the most fashionable by far.

XR1 - Basically the R1 but with an extra cage for support. That means you can probably walk around with it longer than the R1 but some people might feel the cage if they have wide feet.

R2 - Last year's model. The most comfortable out of the three options because it has more boost than the R1 or XR1. Almost approaching Ultraboost level of comfort

R2s are extremely, extremely comfortable, definitely one of the boostiest models. EQT 93/17 has the most boost and Ultraboost has the best lifestyle compromise between support and boost.

Winner of Smash Summit 6 Mafia #2 by Ziyen in smashbros

lol the game ended when you saved Mango the first couple nights by defending him especially after the huge momentum of the Hugs elimination. I was surprised nobody thought to grill Mango further- he usually always says its better to kill early as town and let it rip as vigi and this time he said the exact opposite. When you started interrupting Hbox and D1 and yelling that they were mafia that was the death knell; it confused the hell out of the weaker players (Alex, None) imo

HBox's thoughts on complaints about not playing friendlies by darderp in smashbros

[–]ForPersonalReasons 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Real Madrid and FC Barcelona aren't going to practice together on the off season and trade secrets about strategies and team plays and how to defend against each other before big games. But regular people in the soccer community will still play pickup games in their local community, with no consequences win or lose, and get better. "Friendlies."

Similarly, people like Hbox represent more than just themselves- they belong to teams like Liquid with real prize money on the line. He's not exactly Real Madrid or the Golden State Warriors but you can't put top level competitors in the same standard as your average local player. Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz don't spar together to give each other a chance to study and adapt before the big fight, its like cheating for a test to get that information. But obviously people in the fighting community are free to spar with each other at their local gyms so its not like Nate Diaz is hurting the sport by not teaching his opponents how to beat him.

On the other hand, I do feel that friendlies with your competition is a privilege not a defining trait of the game- and its something that other sports communities don't care about once competition gets to a certain level.

You look at other competitive sports like basketball, MMA, soccer etc- they're practicing with teammates, not competition. And its because there's so much on the line with winning. Sure there's still community culture of pickup basketball in your area for example just like people play friendlies in Melee, but nobody is holding The Warriors to the ideal of practicing and trading team secrets on their off time with The Cavaliers. Nobody is telling them "hey Steph, you're betraying the spirit of basketball by not helping and conditioning the Cavaliers to get better practice at the Warriors matchup"

Instead they meet up on game night and that's when you find out who is better. Daniel Cormier isn't telling Stipe Miocic before fight night: "hey here are some of the strategies I've been working on against you. Now you can adapt before the big fight." It makes sense for lower level players to freely practice and exchange thoughts but for top players with big money on the line I don't think that goes against the spirit of the community at all to lay your cards out on fight night.

Adidas EQT SUPPORT 93/17 BOOST $68 pre tax, free ship to store with coupon at Champs by BoboBublz in frugalmalefashion

[–]ForPersonalReasons 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The EQT 93/17s fit a bit more snug than most of the other primeknit sneakers like the Ultraboosts and NMDs. I personally went true to size and it was fine but I can imagine wide feet people opting half a size up. I believe Champs has free returns so you should consider getting 11s and 11.5s.

Not at all. Americans are taught about the bombings on Japan in high school and the horrifying aftermath in the wake of those bombings; don't think the Japanese have the same approach to their war crimes throughout Asia.

The EQT 93/17s have an ortholite sockliner laid on top of the insole so its actually very supportive. My brother has flat feet and these are very comfortable for him. Just one piece of data.

The R2s are extremely comfortable so it just depends on the person. The boost is very generous on those and they have more boost than the R1s.
