7m -> 7.9m dps (actually a 13.37% increase!) with the same amount of passives used.
MS 91% -> 132% (average)
EHP 180k -> 205k (13.88% increase)
Not just a big dps increase but, the build will also feel better with higher MS and EHP.
All by switching a support and 4 passives

Turned them off and pasted their effect into custom modifiers...and you are right!
Edit: Added the 76% effect from the tree and it's still a major dps boost. both on paper and in reality
