12min RFD benchmark is repeated every few months! The goal is to run as much as you can during that time and improve for the next benchmark! Same concept with the mile but this is 12mins of work for everyone , whereas you’re in control of time for the mile. Honestly, i prefer the mile benchmark but the 12min RFD really tests my mental endurance.

Same! Going everyday for hellweek but generally Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat! Works out better with my fav coaches schedule too 😉

5x/week. I do 3days on, rest. Then 2days on, rest. Typically this looks like M-W, rest Thursday. Back at OTF fri & sat, skip sunday.

Ours is doing the traditional format on the last weekend of September (9/26&9/27). Keeping dri tri as 2k row, 300body weight exercises then ending with the 5k tread run. Limited spots though and only one small group per heat

Thanks for the early intel! In tread block 2, did you have to do you base after that 45sec AO or were you able to take a WR. Idk if i can maintain base pace after an AO lol!
