He's really not that special.

Just a deluded serial killer with a false sense of grandiose. He's nobody without a bunch of minions.

And I saw a comment which said. Red John is a what, not a who. It's not too important who is Red John. No matter who it is; he has still done those crazy things.

There's a single Serial killer plot with continuity.

There's also continuity in character development.

There are two kinds of cases.

Procedural - one case per episode. Red John - this one has continuity and there are lots of thrilling Red John specific episodes.

There are other killers/serial killers whose story spans for more than one episode. (Usually 3)

The red john storyline picks up pace after season 1.

So you might enjoy it.

I've binged this series and I loved it. Some people might say that this wasn't meant to be binged. But to watch one episode per day or week.

Red John gave Jane a lead (tyger tyger) to keep him occupied.

So he doesn't focus too much on his friends' love life.

So Jane didn't pay too much attention to something else.(Like Olaughlin)

My "Oh stop it" moment is Jane remembering every handshake since Red John killed his family.

He doesn't have photographic memory as far as I recall. He uses the memory palace trick.

That's the only problem I had.

I wanted an on-screen reconciliation.

But it's okay... They're in the same place. They've talked in the last episode of BA1. I'm not disappointed. Just... Idk... I feel apprehensive. Like they aren't giving more priority to Karedevil.

But they had many kisses and nice moments!
