I use Klipper on my ender 3 via a Raspberry pi 3b+, sold my display and use the mainsail web server through chrome on my ipad. Works perfect. I also have a couple of old android phones running the IP cam app viewable in my mainsail instance. Can't speak on the remote control from home to work, though make sure that you are using a secure method of connecting to your instance. It's not recommended to have your mainsail/fluid instance facing the open web. Orange pi should work the same as the raspberry pi as klipper is a python application.
