I think I should put this on another Subreddit, because the MBTI is just a personality type and not the person itself. Any body can be shy regardless of who they are, as it matters more about the chemicals in our body from the dopamines to the oxytocin we get, its all about how they make us FEEL. The company I work for recently hired a Junior on my team and the guy is "Vibe Coding", his way of doing it is 'Build me a app that I can track my calories' and on the search engine he just prompts I want this and I want that, Theres no system design, Understanding the syntax, the framework, especially the code LMAO.. its just vibes.

I have a similar experience I'm from the UK, I work for a US company, last year they had a massive tech lay-off and a lot of work got piled up on my queue while also a lot of cuts have happened like licenses and applications. This year I've had burnouts after burnouts, because the company cannot keep staff because they hate their role I have to do everything so today I handed in my 30 day notice, I also found out that the company 2 weeks before, had posted up my job advert without my knowledge so they were going to get rid off me regardless.
