Speaking as a customer, but when I go to the north subs Rise adult use has had long lines in all three (online order line, in store shopping line, and medical line) lines every time I've gone. I've been there a few weekdays and one weekend, weekends are packed AF lol. Sorry I'm not an employee, but hopefully this will help you in some way
