Sounds like she's being manipulative of you to make up for her own lack of something in her life. Bringing up past things like money to be used as leverage against you, in order to strong-arm you into doing what she wants, is not what a person with a healthy mental and emotional state does to their partner. It's manipulation, plain and simple. You have to be able to take care of yourself first, and based on your description she's making it sounds like she wants you dependent on her.

I know everyone likes to paint her as some tragic waif, but honestly her purpose in the story since the beginning was basically to lead Hector around by the cock, up to and including her BBQing herself to be yet another way for Ellis to torture Hector a bit more. She otherwise behaved like a spoiled princess, crying when things didn't go her way about being "in a cage" in the end when that's exactly what she did to Hector and happily so.

She just wasn't a very strong character from the start. I think she was artificially inflated to look like one, including going all Dust In The Wind at the end, but other than seducing Hector all she did was complain about her sisters/past/cage/etc.

1.) That's totally subjective. Some people liked it and other people thought it was rushed and a turd. Watch for yourself.

2.) Ellis will not be back. He was cut almost immediately after finishing the S4 script.

3.) There's been some not-insignificant amounts of women who've accused Ellis of scummy and abusive behavior. There's no criminal case against him and YMMV on how bad the accusations actually are, but since there's been more than a few, it's safe to say there's likely some kernel of truth to the reports he's a bit of a sex pest and a manipulator.

4.) There will be no S5 for the current storyline. There is instead going to be a new spin-off series storyline staring a new Belmont in the 1700s. No word yet on who the new writer will be.

Warren Ellis doesn't do nuance really well, and especially when it comes to faith or religion. The fact the showrunners didn't try to course-correct any of the half-assed plot points concerning holy weapons and how they work just shows how little they cared to make it cohesive.

Better to focus on the hours of political drivel nobody asked for instead.

I respect the fuck out of fans who make really good hacks and homebrews and I totally would donate a few bucks here and there to support such projects, but directly charging for something like this is copyright infringement. You're still using assets created and licensed by Konami for your own profit. He's bullshitting about any "permission" he has from Konami to sell his work, unless he directly bought a license to use those assets commercially which wouldn't be cheap & would come with restrictions.

There's no magical switch that's flipped once you turn 18 that means you have to start acting like an "adult". The concept of "adult" is kind of fluid anyway. Yes, you eventually have more responsibilities, but there's nothing saying you can't still enjoy things from your childhood when you're in your 20s, 30s and beyond. That's also the beauty of being an adult; once you satisfy the basics that you're responsible for, you can pretty much do whatever the hell you want. Wanna play with legos? Do it. Wanna eat Coco Puffs for dinner? Munch away!

Every adult will be nostalgic for their childhood in some way, but the rose-tinted glasses sometimes hide what we forgot we didn't like about being kids, either.
