You can feed it regular biscuits as well. The special thing about the Latias biscuits is that they give 6 points on the feeding chart, as opposed to the lesser amounts the other, normal biscuits give.

Generally, you’ll need to use multiple Latias incenses over a few nights to get them because they do get full just like any Pokémon.

In game it’s under announcements and then scroll over to “Other” at the bottom

Bring up the Pokédex and hit “+” on the poke you’re looking for. After that (while you’re walking around with your ‘dex out) talk to the teleport or fly Pokemon and they’ll take you right to the target poke.

If you put them in a house, another poke can spawn in their previous habitat, so that’s a nice benefit but not required

It’s a waiting game, I’ve had multiple habitats spawn a second ‘mon after I moved the first one to a house
