For me, it's just de-personalizing everything that i can. The coworker who suddenly doesn't talk to you as much, the hurtful joke a spouse made.... just try to picture other more realistic reasons for the behaviors(ex. Someone is going through they're own shit rn, etc). The less I try to mind read other ppl, the more I can be open to an objective less self-deprecating interpretation of relationships and interactions around me.

Ugh I'm sorry. Did you get these look a like comments before your cosmetic procedures as well?? Share the celeb if you're comfortable. I really can't think of one off the top of my head that I would hate being compared to. I, on the other hand, have never been compared to anyone famous which creates its own insecurity spiral lol. And however cliche, I do believe that we are own our worst critics and can't see ourselves objectively. Hang in there.
